Conference fee

Conference fee is paid for each presentation (abstract) and does not depend on the number of authors. Conference fees are accepted until April 30, 2018.

• Full participation: includes abstract publication, presentation, and full-time participation in the conference sessions.
• Participation as a listener: includes full-time participation in conference sessions without publication and presentation.
• Correspondence participation: includes abstract publication and possibility to publish full paper.

Payment options

Participants from Ukraine should pay the conference fee in Ukrainian hryvnas (UAH) at the official currency rate by the National Bank of Ukraine by the day of payment.

Option 1: Bank transfer

Conference fee paid by the bank transfer must include 20% tax. Conference fees are accepted until April 30, 2018.

Option 2: Cash payment

Cash payment to the organizing committee is possible Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 15:00 at room 317, building 35 of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
