Participants registration

ХІІ International conference SAIT-2010 (25–29 May 2010), Kyiv, Ukraine

To fill in the registration form, you will need:

  1. To have a file with presentation abstract, typeset according to typesetting requirements.
  2. For students' presentations: to have a digital copy of the scientific advisor's review with the reviewer's signature (see details here).
  3. Define a participation type for each presentation: full-time or correspondence participation.
  4. Have all required inormation about every co-author of the presentation.

Dear participants, we would like to pay your attention that registration forms must be filled in for all co-authors of presentation abstract. If this requirement will not be met, the presentation will not be considered.

If you submit several abstracts, the registration form should be filled in for each abstract separately, stating the full information about a contact person each time.

If you are registering your co-author, the same file with presentation abstract should not be attached repeatedly.

Attention! If you have not yet decided whether an accommodation from the proposed list should be reserved, you should report your decision to organizational committee not later than 02 April 2010 by email to sait@sait.org.ua.
Please, specify a hotel or a hostel from the list of proposed accomodation alternatives where you would like a room to be reserved, and a period of your living. If you take part in the conference together with your co-authors or co-workers and would like to stay in one room with them, the information about that should be specified here.

Presentation

Presentation information should be specified in the language of the presentation abstract.
Specify in this field full names of presentation authors, separated by commas. Full names of authors (last name, mddle name, and first name) must be listed in the order in which they are stated in the presentation abstract text.



Attention! If you have not yet decided whether this presentation will be made at the conference, you should report your decision to organizational committee not later than 02 April 2010 by email to sait@sait.org.ua.
Upload into this field a file with the presentation abstract.
If all authors of the presentation abstract are students, scientific advisor's review is required for the submission. Reviwer's name will be published in the Book of abstracts. Upload a scanned copy of the review with a reviewer's signature into this field.
Select a session which you would like your presentation be included in.





Specify a subsession for your presentation.
The session and subsession for your presentation will be finally defined by the program committee.
By a recommendation of the program committee presentation materials (MS PowerPoint or PDF file) and/or the full presentation text can be published int the Electronic conference proceedings "Proceedings of the International conference on system analysis and information technologies", ISSN 2075-4086, http://sait.org.ua/eproc.
