Organizational fee
Organizational fee is paid for each presentation and does not depend on the number of authors.
Full organizational fee for the presentation includes participation in the conference of all authors of the presentation, one complete package of materials (including the book of abstracts), organizational expenses, etc.
Living accommodation is paid separately upon arrival to the conference.
Participation options
Three different types of participation in the SAIT-2010 conference are possible: full participation, correspondence participation and participation as a listener. Full participation and participation as a listener are forms of full-time participation. Correspondence participation does not propose personal presence at the conference.

* Postage for book of abstracts delivery outside Ukraine is paid by participants separately.

Amount of the organizational fee
The amount of the organizational fee (gradation students/Ph.D. students/other participants) is defined by the highest scientific degree among joint authors.

Payment information
Participants from Ukraine should pay the organizational fee in ukrainian hryvnas at the official currency rate by the National Bank of Ukraine by the day of payment.
