- The deadline for participants registration and paper abstracts submission.
- March 16, 2010
- The deadline for the notification about paper abstracts acceptance and inclusion into the conference program.
- April 2, 2010
- The deadline for the organizational fee payment and accommodation reservation requests. Participants should also make a final decision on their participation type (specify which of the declared presentations will actually be made at the conference by the authors and have to be included in the conference program). Information about participation type changes and accommodation requirements should be communicated to sait@sait.org.ua.

- Conference program approval.
- May 25–29, 2010
- Conference SAIT 2010.
- June 7, 2010
- The deadline for papers submission to the journal System research and information technologies.
